Weekend Off

Ok - so I take one weekend off once in a while. This one was a good relaxing one. Spent some time in the Santa Cruz Mountains at a Yoga focused community. It is called the Mount Madonna Center. Great calming place and atmosphere. I took a stroll down into Game Cock Canyon and had a bending session for a good 40min. Fantastic foligae filled forest at the confluence of two streams. I then traveled to the coast and dipped into the Pacific. The sunset was fantastic. There was even a small green flash. I didn't catch that on film -but I did get this on my phone-camera.

Saturday night was DJ Cheb I Sabbah's CD release party at TEMPLE. Cheb owned the floor and all the bodies on it. It was great. Danced till 3:30am. There was a troupe of fire dancers (no fire) in the basement that provided some great entertainment too. Give a listen to DJ Cheb I Sabbah's stuff, but don't miss him live! DJ Cheb I Sabbah!
