First Day of the Season, Kirkwood.
The first day of shushing has finally been had. I got to ski with DK and John. John is this cool kid from Alaska, but currently living in Sacramento. DK (keltner) is the kid I learned to ski with back in the Cuyahoga Valley, Oh. We had a good time warming up for the season with wedge turns, wedge christies, gliding parallels, carving parallels, and the Telemark turn. There was no terrain park, but that didn't stop us from starting the season off with some old school aeriel's including a "helicopter." OH, and I did win the Wedge-Tuck race down Lower Zachary. Silly photos should be posted later this week. Check back often!
