Day TWO.

12+ inches of snow has fallen in the last 24 hours and the mountains are a bit whiter now. There is still a lot of rock showing, but that just makes it look gnarly. Dave, John, Sebastian, and I made turns today at Kirkwood. Kirkwood will serve as my homebase this year. Another day of practicing the basics, but also getting a few face shots and lots of partially tracked powder was awesome. Finished the day with some tow skiing. Dave could not perfect the wip-action to propel me up the hill next to the parking lot, but we’ll see if we can’t improve on that next weekend! Couple photos from last weekend have been added to the picture-pages. Pray for Snow!

Dude, good deal. Whis I was there. Will do all of that and more in January, I hope.
